SMS / TEXT MESSAGING TERMS
Program description: Texas Pride Lending, LLC (dba MyRMLO) operates an SMS program to send loan-application updates, appointment reminders, account notifications, and occasional service messages to clients and prospective clients who have opted in.
How to opt in: You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a contact form on texaspridelending.com, or by verbally agreeing to SMS communications when you call our office.
How to opt out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send. You will receive one final confirmation message and then no further messages. To re-subscribe later, reply START.
How to get help: Reply HELP to any text message, or email SMontes@texaspridelending.com.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your loan inquiry or application status. You may receive multiple messages per week during an active application, and occasional messages otherwise.
Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan. Texas Pride Lending does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.
Supported carriers: All major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
