Our loan origination services are unmatched, encompassing the full spectrum from the acceptance of the loan application to processing, underwriting, and providing the borrower with the loan estimate and necessary loan disclosures.
The charge for our services is a flat broker fee of $1,500.00.
To request RMLO services, please email us the Sales Contract, Seller Financing Addendum (terms of the loan), and buyers contact information to "Team@MyRMLO.com" and we will get the process started.
Our turnaround time is 48 hours, provided we have buyer cooperation. We can close within 7 to 10 days!
